The Roadmap You’ve Been Looking For

For Parents, Guardians, and Grandparents.

You didn’t get a roadmap for raising kids…

You know you want to do things differently than your parents did, but you aren’t sure how to do that. You’re overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure if you’re doing things “right”.

Maybe you recognize yourself in some of these:

✺ You promised yourself you’d parent differently but find old patterns creeping back in.

✺ You didn’t have the model you wanted growing up and you aren’t sure what “healthy” looks like.

✺ You don’t feel like you’re on the same page with your partner, co-parent or other adults caring for your children.

✺ You’re exhausted from power struggles, tantrums, or fights that leave everyone drained.

✺ You’re navigating a big transition — welcoming a baby, blending families, or raising teens — and what used to work no longer does.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

My Parenting Class is here to give you practical tools, a fresh perspective, and a supportive space to create the family life you want.

Why Join A Parenting Class?

Parenting classes aren’t about being perfect. They’re about learning to parent with more clarity, connection, and confidence. The goal isn’t just to survive another season of parenting, but to create a thriving, emotionally healthy family life that reflects your values and vision for your children. In each workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn healthier ways of responding, so you’re not stuck repeating what you grew up with.

  • Feel like teammates instead of opponents with your partner or other adults raising your child(ren).

  • You’ll learn tools you can take home and use right away to help with communication, discipline, emotional support, and conflict resolution.

  • You’ll learn strategies to support your child’s development that are grounded in research and proven to work.

  • You get to learn alongside other parents who “get it.”

What You’ll Walk Away With

After a parenting workshop, many parents describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more hopeful. You’ll leave with:

  • Practical strategies you can start using the same day.

  • A deeper understanding of your child’s needs and how to meet them.

  • A stronger partnership with your spouse or co-parent.

  • More peace and confidence in your daily parenting decisions.

  • A vision and a plan for creating the family culture you want to build.

Parenting will never be free of challenges, but with the right tools and support, you don’t have to stay stuck. You can move from simply surviving to building a home where everyone feels safe, seen, and connected.

my approach

My goal is to help you parent with intention — not perfection.

Through a collaborative, relational lens, you’ll learn why kids grow best when they feel safe, connected, and understood. As Dr. Dan Siegel reminds us: “Discipline is not about punishment. Discipline is about teaching.”

In class, we’ll explore common parenting challenges and uncover what drives children’s behavior beneath the surface. You’ll learn practical tools that shift you from reacting in frustration to responding with confidence and compassion.

The focus is not on controlling behavior, but on building stronger bonds. When you approach parenting with calm, clarity, and consistency, your child feels secure — and that’s when real growth happens.

You’ll leave with strategies you can put into practice right away, along with a new perspective: less tension, more connection, and a home where your child feels safe, capable, and deeply loved.

You’ll walk away with strategies you can use right away, but more importantly, you’ll notice a shift: less tension, more connection, and a home where your child feels safe, capable, and deeply loved.

Life is busy enough as a parent — workshops shouldn’t make it harder.

With online workshops, you don’t have to find childcare, fight traffic, or add another stressful commitment to your week. From the comfort of your own home, you’ll connect with other parents, gain life-changing tools, and learn practical strategies you can apply the very same day.

Instead of waiting for “someday” when life slows down, you can start transforming how you parent — right where you are, right now.
