parenting feels heavier and harder than you imagined.

✺ You have no time for yourself or your partner anymore.

✺ You’re exhausted all of the time.

✺ You’re not sure if you’re doing this whole parenting thing right.

You love your kids, but parenting feels like stumbling in the dark without a map.

You don’t want to repeat the patterns you grew up with, but you also don’t know what to do instead. You find yourself wondering:

  • Am I doing this right?

  • Am I enough for my child?

  • How do I break the cycles I promised myself I wouldn’t repeat?

Weekly therapy can help, but it often feels too short, too spread out, and too slow when the pressure at home is constant.

how a parenting intensive can help

A Parenting Intensive gives you the time, space, and support to step out of survival mode and reset. Instead of scratching the surface, you’ll have hours to:

✺ Identify the patterns keeping you stuck.

✺ Learn practical tools for handling conflict and stress at home.

✺ Reconnect with your strengths as a parent.

✺ Create a vision for your family that feels healthy, hopeful, and aligned with your values.

✺ Connect with your partner on a deep level.

the end goal

Weekly support can take months or years to see progress. An intensive format allows you to get to the core of your struggle faster and experience change quicker. When you leave a Parenting Intensive, my goal is that you feel:

  • I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone.

  • It is possible to feel grounded and clear in your values and capacity as a parent.

  • You’ll leave with practical tools you can implement right away.

  • You can do this. I want to help you break generational patterns and move toward the thriving, connected, emotionally healthy home you desire.

my approach

You don’t need more guilt or quick-fix advice — you need a clear, compassionate way forward.

You care deeply about your child and want to be intentional in how you parent. My approach, rooted in Dr. Dan Siegel’s attachment-based work, values connection over perfection.

Instead of punishment-based methods, I’ll guide you toward practical strategies that leave both you and your child feeling empowered and connected.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s really driving the daily struggles and build clear, consistent rhythms for your family. You’ll leave with tools you can use right away — and with a renewed sense of confidence in yourself as a parent, a calmer home, and a stronger bond with your child.

the process

  • Schedule a call to talk through what’s going on, ask questions, and see if an intensive is the right fit for you.

  • Choose your assessment date and intensive date. You’ll complete intake forms that will help me understand your pain points and what you want to focus on.

  • In your 90-min assessment session we’ll explore the main issues you want to address. Each person in the relationship will be able to share their individual experience, so I understand each partner’s point of view.

This gives me a clear picture of your dynamic, so I can create a plan and individualized workbooks designed for your needs.

  • In our intensive, we’ll:

    • Set ground rules to make it a safe space

    • Learn coping tools to use if things feel overwhelming

    • Uncover the cycles that are keeping you stuck

    • Work through hard conversations with my guidance

    • Use your personalized workbook to keep progress going between sessions

    • Learn practical tools you can use long after the intensive ends

  • You’ll have the clarity to make choices rooted in your values and your vision of a thriving, emotionally healthy family.

You’ll feel empowered to break generational patterns with a clear way forward.
