Becoming a parent is one of the hardest seasons for your relationship…

You go from being partners who can finish each other’s sentences to roommates who argue over diaper duty. Suddenly, “date night” is code for collapsing on the couch after a long day of keeping a tiny human alive.

You don’t have to lose your connection.

You don’t have to become another statistic of couples who grow distant after welcoming a baby.

This newborn parenting class is your roadmap to thriving—not just surviving—in your new life as parents.

This class is a good fit if:

✺ You’re in the midst of family planning and want to be prepared.

✺ You’re expecting a baby, you’re new parents, or maybe you’re in the trenches of toddlerhood (up to 3 years old).

✺ You’re committed to protecting your relationship while raising a family.

✺ You’re looking for proven, research-based tools that really work.

my approach

Feel connected, supported, and prepared as you grow into parenthood together.

The Bringing Baby Home™ workshop, developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, is backed by decades of research into what makes relationships last. My role is to take that proven framework and bring it to life in a way that feels practical, encouraging, and relevant to your daily experience.

During our time together, you’ll learn how to nurture your friendship, communicate with greater clarity, and approach challenges as a team instead of opponents.

You’ll discover ways to stay emotionally close, even in the midst of sleepless nights, and you’ll see how small rituals of connection can protect your relationship long after the baby years. Most importantly, you’ll leave with a sense of confidence — not just in your ability to care for your baby, but in your ability to care for each other while raising your family.

How it Works:

1: Register for the Workshop

Complete the registration form and payment, so you have your spot saved for our time together.

2: Gain Tools for Connection

Join other couples on a similar journey of transitioning to parenthood. Learn practical tools for connection with your partner you can implement right away.

3: Feel Prepared & Confident

You’ll leave feeling confident in your ability to cultivate a strong, thriving partnership as you transition into parenthood.

Early parenthood is overwhelming enough—you don’t need the stress of making it to an in-person class.

With online workshops, you don’t have to pack a diaper bag, line up childcare, or leave the comfort of home. From your living room, you and your partner can learn simple, proven tools to strengthen your relationship and support each other through the newborn stage.

You don’t have to wait until things get easier. You can start feeling more connected, supported, and confident as new parents right where you are, right now.
